    • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or transport.

    • We check each item carefully before sending it out.

    5. Damage or Replacement

    • If a product is damaged during shipping, please inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving it.

    • Share photos or videos as proof so we can help you quickly.

    • We will repair or replace only if the damage is genuine.

    6. Warranty

    • We offer a limited warranty on manufacturing defects (usually 6 months).

    • Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling or wrong installation.

    • We do not provide installation services unless discussed.
